I have read your site and agree with your premises completely.

I was successful in getting a lien removed by utilizing the Taxpayer Advocate. My letter outlined their mistakes (they noticed me two days later than the 5 days allowed, among other major mistakes) and within a week of reviewing my info (which included stating the law) she promised that the lien would be removed and the debt (@$1,000,000) would be abated! It took four months but she kept her promise. Needless to say we were very relieved.

We have used most of the FOIA's you recommend successfully also. We learned about FOIA's from Richard Standring. Great work!
